Garden Furniture
We really hope you will be happy with your purchase; however, we understand that occasionally this isn't always the case.
Damages & Discrepancies All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please photograph any damage or quality issues and submit relevant photographs via our Contact Us page. This helps us assess the issue, offer advice where needed, and identify any recurring product concerns. Please retain all original packaging as this will be required should a collection be arranged.
Returns If you wish to return an item, please contact us at sales@regalseasons.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Garden Buildings
Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, you must contact us immediately in writing by email at sales@regalseasons.co.uk or via our Contact Us page. Telephone cancellation requests will place your order on hold until written confirmation is received.
If cancellation is made 5 working days or less before your scheduled delivery date, an additional handling charge may apply to cover reasonable costs incurred. For bespoke, customised, or personalised buildings, this charge may be the full purchase price of the item.
Checking Your Delivery All deliveries must be checked within 14 days of receipt to confirm all components are present and in satisfactory condition. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported in writing to sales@regalseasons.co.uk or via our Contact Us page as soon as possible after delivery. After 14 days, goods will be deemed accepted and no further claims will be considered.
Photographic evidence is required for all complaints, defects, incorrect deliveries, or return requests. This can be submitted by email or via our Contact Us page.
Incorrect, Faulty, or Damaged Goods If we send you an incorrect product, or if upon receipt of all relevant evidence we determine that goods have arrived faulty or damaged, you will be offered a full refund and exemption from collection costs. Any item to be returned or replaced must be in the same condition as delivered — unassembled, untreated, and unaltered.
We will not accept any product for return if it has been assembled, modified, painted, treated, or customised in any way.
Consumer Cancellation Rights As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract and receive a refund by notifying us in writing 14 days prior to delivery of all goods.
Sizes & Measurements All sizes and measurements are approximations only. While every effort is made to manufacture products as close as possible to the measurements provided, we cannot be held responsible for minor discrepancies in finished size.
Timber Characteristics Any guarantee offered does not cover products against timber splits or warping. These are natural characteristics of timber products and not defects, and will not be accepted as valid grounds for cancellation or return.
Refunds Refunds for cancellations or amendments made prior to delivery will be processed within 14 working days. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for your card or finance provider to process the refund to your account.
Items that have been delivered and found to be faulty or damaged will be refunded within 14 working days of the goods being returned and inspected.
All refunds are issued in pound sterling (GBP). We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by exchange rate fluctuations between the time of ordering and the time of refund.
Pods & Lodges
All pods and lodges are bespoke, handmade-to-order structures made specifically to your requirements and are non-returnable once production has commenced.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so in writing to sales@regalseasons.co.uk before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible and the full purchase price may be retained.
Any damage or defect must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs. We will assess all valid claims and work to resolve them appropriately.
Damages (All Products)
Please thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. If any item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@regalseasons.co.uk with clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Additional Terms — Garden Buildings & Rooms
Payment Full payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order.
Force Majeure We will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, acts of God, supplier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, delivery dates may be extended. If a delay persists beyond 90 days, either party may terminate the agreement.
Planning Permission Any guidance provided regarding planning law is offered in good faith as general guidance only. The final responsibility for complying with all relevant planning laws rests with the buyer or landowner.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
