REGAL SEASONS — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY


Delivery Timeframes

Garden Furniture In stock and ready to ship. Delivery within 3-5 working days.

Garden Buildings & Rooms All garden buildings are handmade to order. Estimated lead times are as follows:

  • Flex Shed & Swift: approximately 1 week
  • Flex Cabin & Swift: approximately 3 weeks
  • Standard buildings: approximately 4 weeks
  • Cabins: approximately 4 weeks
  • Special/bespoke builds: approximately 8 weeks

Delivery is within 5-7 working days of completion. Confirmation of your delivery date will be provided at time of order.

Pods & Lodges All pods and lodges are handmade to order. Constructed Shell Buildings are approximately 12 weeks from order to delivery. Bespoke requirements may extend lead times. Confirmation of your delivery date will be provided at time of order.

Delivery Booking & Scheduling

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will be contacted by our delivery team to book a convenient date via email or telephone. You will receive your confirmed delivery date and an estimated two-hour arrival timeslot. Failure to confirm acceptance of a delivery date either verbally or in writing may result in extended delivery times.

We make every effort to deliver within published estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally unavoidable due to factors beyond our control. Delivery times are therefore not guaranteed and estimated delivery dates do not form part of the contract between Regal Seasons and the buyer.

Important: Please ensure you have taken full delivery of your order and confirmed everything is correct before engaging any builders or contractors. Regal Seasons will not be liable for any costs incurred due to failed delivery or incorrect parts.

Modular & Palletised Buildings Customers may be offered a preferred delivery day. While every effort will be made to honour this, factors beyond our control may cause delays and this date is not guaranteed.

Delivery Address Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery will take place at the address specified in your order.


Making the Delivery

Someone must be present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the goods. Alternatively, written permission (via acknowledged email) may be provided in advance to allow goods to be left without a signature — this must be arranged at least 3 working days before the delivery date.

Once goods have been delivered to your specified address, delivery will be deemed complete. Regal Seasons will not be liable for any subsequent claim of non-delivery provided delivery was made to the correct address.

Please ensure you provide advance notice of any access restrictions including narrow lanes, low bridges, weight restrictions, parking restrictions, or overhead obstacles. If our vehicle cannot reach your property, goods may be left at the nearest accessible point. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being present, redelivery charges will apply.

Assistance Required For larger garden buildings and log cabins, you must ensure someone is available to assist with offloading. This person must be capable of lifting items up to 25kg. Some components may weigh up to 50kg. The delivery driver will not assist with carrying components through your property.


Delivery of Timber Sheds

  • Delivery is kerbside only unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to delivery.
  • Garden sheds are delivered in single panels and unloaded by hand.
  • Movement of goods beyond kerbside is the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • The driver will not carry panels through your property.
  • Please fully check all components, parts, and fixings upon delivery before assembly. Report any issues or missing parts in writing with photographs to sales@regalseasons.co.uk.

Delivery of Log Cabins

  • All log cabins are delivered kerbside only.
  • Movement of goods beyond kerbside is the customer's responsibility.
  • Please ensure no vehicles or obstacles impede unloading on delivery day.
  • Please advise us in advance of any overhead obstacles such as trees or cables.
  • Please fully check all components, parts, and fixings upon delivery before assembly. Report any issues in writing with photographs to sales@regalseasons.co.uk.

Delivery of Modular & Non-Timber Buildings

  • Delivery is kerbside only. Products will typically be delivered on standard pallets.
  • The driver will not move goods beyond kerbside.
  • Please fully check all components, parts, and fixings upon delivery before assembly. Report any issues in writing with photographs to sales@regalseasons.co.uk.

Mixed Building Orders If an order contains multiple building types, these may be delivered on different dates due to varying production lead times and vehicle requirements. You will receive separate delivery communications for each.


Uncompleted Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being present, no suitable access, or no appropriate location to leave goods, the building will be returned and redelivery charges will apply. Regal Seasons cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury sustained due to incorrect unloading, usage, or assembly of products.


Cancellation of Delivery Bookings

A minimum of 5 working days' written notice is required to cancel an accepted delivery booking. Cancellations within 5 working days of the scheduled delivery date will incur a failed delivery charge. For bespoke items, this may be the full building cost.


Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card — your card will not be charged at this stage. We will confirm availability and production scheduling before processing payment. If there is any delay, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you.


Damages

Please thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of visibly damaged items. If damage is discovered, please send clear photographs to sales@regalseasons.co.uk so we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.


Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled after 48 hours of placement may be subject to additional fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for return costs. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used.


Once goods have been delivered, they become the sole responsibility of the customer.
