The Pinnacle is one of our flagship designs, setting a new standard in luxury outdoor living. Originally conceived for the glamping and lodge market, its distinctive triangular peak and self-contained layout — featuring a kitchenette, open-plan living and sleeping area, and shower room — make it as striking as it is functional.

Equally suited as a garden annexe, home office, or gym, The Pinnacle adapts to your vision. Fully insulated for year-round use and available in 3 floor plan sizes, it is supplied as a completed building or with an optional interior pack — letting you choose the finish that suits you best. Professional installation is also available.

The Pinnacle sets a new standard in luxury. A self-contained building offering a layout for a kitchenette, open living and sleeping area, with the luxury of a shower room.

Pricing Structure

The Pinnacle is available in two installation options, allowing you to choose the level of finish that suits your project and budget.

Empty Shell Installation: Our team professionally installs the full exterior of your pod on site, leaving the interior ready for you to complete to your own specification — whether that's a bespoke bathroom, kitchen, or living space. The price for this option is displayed at the top of this page.

Full Kit Out (Price on Application): For a truly turnkey experience, our Full Kit Out option delivers a professionally installed, beautifully finished glamping pod — inside and out. The premium interior pack includes 6mm ply & LVT flooring, prefinished white matchboard to walls and ceiling, white skirts and arcs, and a full electrical pack. Please contact our team for a personalised quote tailored to your requirements.

Customisation

At Regal Seasons, we believe your outdoor building should be as individual as you are. The Pinnacle can be personalised across cladding, glazing, and roofing to create a space that perfectly complements your property and lifestyle.

However as with all choices we make in life, you might wish to upgrade certain aspects of your building package, for example, with a different style of cladding, for which we offer an alternative.

Installation Process

From groundworks to final construction, Regal Seasons manages the entire installation process through our nationwide network of trusted professional installers — so you can look forward to your new space without the stress.

Ground Screws: We create a solid, reliable foundation using ground screws — ideal for challenging terrain, hard-to-access areas, and sloping ground. Installation is swift, clean, and leaves minimal impact on your garden or land.

Factory Build: Your Pinnacle is precision-built in our UK factory then delivered directly to your prepared base. Subject to site access.

Site Installation: Our nationwide installers will attend your site following delivery to carry out the full construction on your behalf — professionally, efficiently, and to the high standards Regal Seasons is known for.

Through our network of trusted, professional installers — bringing your Regal Seasons building to life, wherever you are in the UK. Our services include preparing and laying your base, crafting your building to the highest standards in our UK factory, and expert on-site construction by our skilled team.

Ground Screws. - Our nationwide installation team will create a robust, long-lasting foundation using ground screws — installed quickly, with minimal environmental impact, and suitable for sloping or hard-to-access ground.
Factory Build — Once you've chosen your Pod or Lodge, we craft your building to the highest standards in our UK factory, delivered as a complete shell unit on a steel chassis — ready to be placed onto your prepared base.
Site Installation — Our professional installation service gives you complete peace of mind. Once your building is delivered, our skilled team will attend site and undertake the full construction for you, from start to finish.
